Forum Time?

Post by Captain Picard's Hair »

The time on the forum seems to be about 8 or 9 minutes fast for me. Obviously the time zone is fine since the hour is OK, but the forum time is ahead of my laptop's system time, my watch, and the time displayed on TV/ the cable box (which are all in agreement). Current time: 10:16 forum time: 10:25.

Okay, the official US time when I post this is 11:11 pm EST.

EDIT: Yes, the forum time appears to be 9 minutes fast.

I am also seeing that. Weird.

What does defeat mean to you?

Nothing it will never come. Death before defeat. I don’t bend or break. I end, if I meet a foe capable of it. Victory is in forcing the opponent to back down. I do not. There is no defeat.

Never mind, was my mistake.

Fuck you Daylight Savings. Fuck you and your shitty screwing up of my knowledge of the passage of time.

EDIT: Yeah, it's about 10 mins ahead of me, too.

Unless he and Ian are secretly plotting to move DITL ahead in time so as to see the next Trek sequel before anyone else!

But if the DITL moves to far out of synch with normal time, it will cause a paradox!!!
They say that in the Army,
the women are mighty fine.
They look like Phyllis Diller,
and walk like Frankenstein.
