It's called a quarter pounder with cheese. We also buy pints of beer. The UK is odd line that. Our speed limits and road signs are still in miles per hour or distances in miles. We talk about temperatures being freezing as below zero (as in Centigrade) but a good summers day is 80 degrees (Fahrenheit). Food is legally required to be sold by Kg (or part there of), liquids by litres (or ml), except beer which legally can only be sold as 1/2 pint, 1 pint (or on very rate occasions 1/3 pint).
