This image shows the USS Centaur herself, being hit by a phased polaron beam during a battle with a Jem'Hadar attack ship. This was actually a friendly fire incident - the attack ship was a captured vessel manned by a Starfleet crew, a fact unknown to the crew of the Centaur. [1]
