These craft were in use with the Xindi insectoids during the 2150s. The NX-01 was able to destroy one of these craft in 2153 when it discovered the Starship in orbit of a planet in the Delphic Expanse. [1]

As with all Xindi ships, we have to speculate significantly about this vessel since the real DITL would presumably know all about them.
