Caatati refugee ship. After the assimilation of most of their people by the Borg, a few thousand Caatati escaped on about thirty of these vessels. Each ship could carry upwards of sixty or seventy people and was equipped with a tractor beam. The Caatati ship technology was largely based on thorium isotopes, which they were in desperate need of. Fortunately Seven of Nine was able to supply the Caatati with an energy matrix that produced large quantities of the element. [3]
