Universe : Prime Timeline
Name : Vic Fontaine [1]
Species : Unreal / Holographic

A holographic chracter created by Felix, a friend of Dr. Bashir. Vic was designed to be aware of his own nature and of events beyond the holoprogram which he was part of. He was also unusually perceptive and intuitive. It was Vic who helped Odo and Kira to form a romantic relationship. [2] He also helped Nog to come to terms with losing a leg during the Dominion war. [3] In 2375 the DS9 crew came to Vic's rescue when his bar was taken over by mobsters, a surprise built into the program by Felix to spice things up. [4] When the Dominion war was finally won, the DS9 crew had a huge party in Vic's bar before splitting up to head to their new assignments. [5]
