Ensign Alans1 A member of the crew of the Enterprise-D during 2365, Ensign Alans worked under acting Ensign Crusher on a planetary survey. Crusher found it difficult to give orders to an officer who was more experienced than he was, but managed the survey successfully in the end. Alans was married to Ensign Hildebrant.1
Ensign Tess Allenby2 A member of the Enterprise-D crew, Allenby was the helm officer when the ship towed a radioactive waste carrier away from Gamelan V.3 She also served on the ship when it was threatened by a swarm of two dimensional beings.4
Ensign April Anaya5 A member of the Enterprise-D crew, Anaya was aboard the ship when it investigated the failure of the Argus Array and encountered the Cytherian probe in 2367.5
Lieutenant Commander Argyle6 Argyle was one of the Chief Engineers of the Enterprise-D during 2364. He was in command of engineering when Kosinski ran his controversial warp tests aboard the ship in that year. Argyle was suspicious of Kosinski, correctly claiming that his ideas made no sense.6
Aron7 A member of the crew of the Enterprise-D during 2365, Aron served in security whilst it was transporting Salia from Klavdia III to Daled IV.7
Lieutenant Marla Aster8 A member of the Enterprise-D crew, Marla Aster was killed on an away mission in 2366 when she activated an anti personnel mine left over from the Koinonian war.8
Lieutenant Ballard9 Lieutenant Ballard was in charge of the Enterprise-D school in 2366. She attempted to integrate Lal into her classes, but this proved unsuccessful.9
Lieutenant Barnaby10 A member of the Enterprise-D crew, Barnaby served aboard the ship when it was attacked by a Borg transwarp vessel.10
Engineer Bartel11 A lieutenant who served aboard the Enterprise-D crew in 2369 when it discovered the Dyson Sphere.11
Dr. Harry Bernard12 A member of the crew of the Enterprise-D in 2364, Dr. Bernard's son Harry was kidnapped by the Aldeans.12
Helm Officer Branson13 A member of the Enterprise-E crew, Branson was at the helm of the ship when it battled the Scimitar in order to prevent Shinzon's attack on Earth.13
Ensign Janet Brooks4 A member of the Enterprise-D crew, Brooks was a patient of Counsellor Troi after the death of her husband. Troi was able to help her in spite of being without her empathic sense at the time.4
Chief Brossmer14 A member of the Enterprise-D crew, Brossemer was a transporter chief when the ship lent assistance to a Romulan vessel which had undergone an accident in 2368. She attempted to beam LaForge and Ro off the ship, which resulted in their being out of phase with normal matter for a short period.14
Ensign Brower5 A member of the Enterprise-D crew, Brower was aboard the ship when it investigated the failure of the Argus Array and encountered the Cytherian probe in 2367.5
Lieutenant Burke15 A member of the Enterprise-D crew in 2365, Burke was tactical officer on the ship whilst it was involved with wargames with the USS Hathaway.15
Ensign Maddy Calloway16 A member of the Enterprise-D crew, Calloway was romantically involved with Lieutenant Kwan. In a hallucination prompted by an empathic signature imprinted on part of the ship, Troi believed that Lieutenant Worf was having an affair with Calloway after beginning a relationship with her.16
Lieutenant Casta17 A member of the Enterprise-D crew in 2366, Casta was one of Geordi LaForge's engineering staff.17
Assistant Engineer Clancy2 Clancy was a member of the Enterprise-D crew in 2365. She worked for Geordi LaForge in the engineering department.18 She also served on the ship during the mission to deal with a Klingon ship whose crew had been in hibernation for 75 years and still believed that they were at war with the Federation.19
Ensign Collins20 A member of the Enterprise-D crew, Collins was the transporter operator who first beamed Ensign Ro aboard the ship in 2368.20
Lieutenant Corell16 A member of the Enterprise-D crew, Lieutenant Korel was serving aboard the ship in 2370 when an empathic signature was found imprinted on part of the ship as a result of an accident during construction. Korel was dating Commander Riker.16
Lieutenant Jenna D'Sora21 A security officer on board the Enterprise-D during 2367. D'Sora was a highly motivated officer, though somewhat lacking in her understanding of the theory underlying the dilithium matrix application. After breaking up with her boyfriend she engaged in a brief romantic relationship with Lieutenant Commander Data.21
Daniels22 A member of the Enterprise-E crew, Daniels was on board when the ship travelled back in time to 2063 to prevent the Borg from altering the past to prevent the formation of the Federation. Daniels battled Borg drones who were trying to assimilate the Enterprise, without much success.23 He was also present in 2375 when the ship was involved with the Ba'ku crisis, where he served on the bridge during the battle with two So'na battleships.22
Nella Daren24 The head of the Stellar Cartography department of the Enterprise-D during 2369, Daren became romantically involved with Captain Picard shortly before the ship's mission to Bersalis III. She almost lost her life on the Bersalis mission, and Picard realised that he would never again be able to order her into danger if their relationship continued. Daren decided to resolve the situation by transfering off the ship.24
Ensign Davies1 A member of the crew of the Enterprise-D during 2365, Ensign Davies worked under acting Ensign Crusher on a planetary survey. Crusher found it difficult to give orders to an officer who was more experienced than he was, but managed the survey successfully in the end.1
Lieutenant Dean25 A member of the NCC 1701-D Enterprise crew, Dean was a keen fencing enthusiast who fenced against Captain Picard on occasion.25
Deng A member of the Enterprise-D crew, Deng was a science officer. In 2369 she was assigned to work with Commander Daren in her efforts to protect the Bersallis colony from the approaching firestorms. When the firestorm arrived faster than predicted, Deng and several others were forced to remain on the surface to manually calibrate the deflector system. Although the system was overwhelmed, Daren managed to use the tema's phasers to produce resonance disruptions in the forcefield which allowed most of her people to survive. Deng returned to the Enterprise in the aftermath of the storm.24
Dern26 A member of the Enterprise-D engineering crew, Dern was aboard the ship when it investigated the loss of the USS Yosemite.26
Lieutenant Duffey17 A member of the Enterprise-D crew in 2366, Duffey was one of Geordi LaForge's engineering staff.17
Lieutenant Farrell27 An engineer who served aboard the Enterprise-D during 2371. Farrell assisted LaForge during the battle with the Duras sisters, and subsequently helped to evacuate civilians from the engineering hull before it exploded.27
Ensign Felton2 A member of the Enterprise-D crew, Ensign Felton served aboard the ship during many of its missions. She was a helm officer when the ship helped to stabilise the climate on Penthara IV28, during the test of Doctor Ja'Dar's revolutionary warp propulsion system29, when the ship investigated the loss of the USS Vico30, the rescue of the Moab IV colony31, and the investigation of the FGC-47 nebula.32
Ensign Gates2 A helm officer aboard the Enterprise-D during 2370, Gates was a frequent sight on the ship's bridge. She was present when the ship was infested by Interphasic organisms33, and when the ship visited Maranga IV. 34 She was also aboard when the ship supported Ro Laren's attempt to penetrate the Maquis.35
Ensign Gibson7 A member of the crew of the Enterprise-D during 2365, Ensign Gibson served on the bridge whilst it was transporting Salia from Klavdia III to Daled IV.7
Dianna Giddings36 A member of the Enterprise-D crew in 2365, Giddings was one of several women who spent time with Okona when he visited the ship.36
Chief Gillespie37 A member of the Enterprise-D crew, Gillespie was on board the ship when it was caught in a Tychen's Rift in 2367. Like most of the crew, he suffered the effects of dream deprivation.37
Ensign Giusti38 Giusti was a member of the Enterprise-D crew in 2370, when the ship tracked down Baran's mercenary group.38
Miss Gladstone39 A member of the Enterprise-D crew in 2365, Miss Gladstone was in charge of the ship's primary school. She looked after Ian Andrew Troi for the day shortly after he was born, and was amazed that he seemed to have actually grown in just the few hours she was with him.39
Lieutenant Gleason2 A member of the Enterprise-D crew during the Borg invasion of 2366/7, Gleason was at the helm of the battle section when the ship recaptured Captain Picard from the Borg cube.40 He was also serving on the ship when Commander Riker led an away team to the planet Alpha Onias III.41
Ensign Sonya Gomez2 A member of the Enterprise-D crew in 2365, Gomez was a highly driven young woman who had worked extremely hard to secure a place on the ship. She felt that working with artificial intelligence technology could be dehumanising, and combated this by talking politely to equipment such as food replicators.1 Ensign Gomez helped to resolve the hostage situation involving LaForge and the Pakled vessel in the same year.42
Ensign Graham43 A member of the Enterprise-D crew, Graham was aboard the ship when it investigated the disappearances of those who had participated in the survey of Tarchannen III in 2362.43
Haskell44 Haskell was a crewmember aboard the Enterprise-D in 2365. He was murdered by Nagilum as part of that being's study of death.44
Lieutenant Hawk23 A member of the crew of the USS Enterprise-D, Hawk was aboard the ship when it attempted to prevent the Borg from destroying the Federation by travelling into Earth's past and assimilating the planet shortly before first contact with the Vulcans. Hawk was assimilated by the Borg whilst attempting to prevent them from building a communications beacon on the ship's deflector array; he was subsequently killed by Worf.23
Ensign Hayes27 Member of the Enterprise-D crew during 2371. Hayes served at tactical whilst Lieutenant Commander Worf was aboard the Amargosa observatory.27
Chief Hendrick43 A transporter chief aboard the Enterprise-D in 2367, Hendrick was rendered unconscious by an invisible Geordi LaForge when an alien parasite transformed the engineer.43
Transporter Chief Herbert25 A member of the NCC 1701-D crew, Herbert was a transporter chief during the Manheim crisis of 2364.25
Ensign Hildebrant1 A member of the crew of the Enterprise-D during 2365, Ensign Hildebrant worked under acting Ensign Crusher on a planetary survey. Crusher found it difficult to give orders to an officer who was more experienced than he was, but managed the survey successfully in the end. She was married to Ensign Alans.1
Hoyt45 A member of the Enterprise-D crew during 2366, Hoyt was a transporter operator during the mission to Mintaka III.45
Transporter Chief Maggie Hubbell41 A member of the Enterprise-D crew in 2367, Hubbell was present when the ship met with a Klingon vessel carrying K'mpec.46 She also beamed Commander Riker's away team down to Alpha Onias III, where he was abducted by an alien child.41 Hubbel was aboard the ship when it docked at Deep Space Nine in 2369.47
Transporter Chief Hutchinson29 A member of the Enterprise-D crew, Hutchinson beamed the only survivor off the USS Vico after it was wrecked in the Black Cluster in 2368.30
Ensign Janeway48 Janeway was a member of the USS Enterprise crew during 2368. She believed that her superior was picking on her for personal reasons, and saw counsellor Troi for advice. Troi was less than helpful due to an alien influence she was under at the time.48
Captain Jellico2 A Starfleet Captain, Jellico took command of the Enterprise-D in 2369 whilst Captain Picard was on a classified mission. Jellico was a bombastic character who rarely listened to advice from others and did not inspire a great deal of loyalty from the crew.49 Nevertheless he was able to successfully counter a Cardassian attempt to sieze control of Minos Korva.50
Ensign Kane11 A member of the Enterprise-D crew, Kane was aboard in 2369 when the ship revived Captain Scott from transporter stasis. Kane escorted Scotty to his quarters aboard the ship.11
Transporter Chief Kelso48 Kelso was a member of the Enterprise-D crew in 2368. He was aboard the ship when it transported Ambassador Alkar during this year.48
Kopf51 A member of the Enterprise-D crew in 2367, Kopf was an engineer who worked on the ship when it was hijacked by Lieutenant Commander Data under the direction of his creator, Doctor Soong.51
Kristin52 A member of the Enterprise-D crew, Kristin was a keen diver despite the occasionally minor injuries this activity entailed. Like the rest of the crew her memory was wiped by the Satarrans in 2368 as part of a plot to make the Enterprise destroy the Lysian central command.52
Lieutenant Daniel L. Kwan16 A starfleet officer, Kwan was born on Psi Upsilon IV to Ronald and Emiraa Kwan. During his career he served aboard the USS Pueblo, the USS Seaview, and the USS Enterprise-D. He also served at the Utopia Planitia shipyard during the construction of the Enterprise-D as a second assistant team leader for the warp engine emergency control systems and an assistant team leader for the plasma venting and control systems local installation. In 2370 Kwan was affected by an empathic signature which had been imprinted on a part of the ship by an accident during it's construction; he commited suicide by throwing himself into the plasma injectors.16
Lieutenant Linda Larson5 A member of the Enterprise-D crew, Larson was aboard the ship when it investigated the failure of the Argus Array and encountered the Cytherian probe in 2367.5
Sam Lavelle53 A crewmember aboard the Enterprise-D, Lavelle was in competition with Ensign Sito for a promotion to Lieutenant in 2370. He feared that Commander Riker had a personal bias against him, but did in fact receive the promotion after Sito was killed on a covert mission in Cardassian space.53
Robin Lefler2 An engineer aboard the Enterprise-D, Lefler was present in 2368 when Captain Picard was abducted by the Tamarians.54 She became a mission specialist later in the year and helped to increase the capabilities of the ship's sensor systems. Lefler was romantically interested in Wesley Crusher during his brief visit to the ship at this time, but the two had little chance to develop a relationship as they were occupied with defeating a Ktarian attempt to subvert the crew.55
Ensign Kenny Lin37 A member of the Enterprise-D crew, Lin was on board the ship when it was caught in a Tychen's Rift in 2367. Like most of the crew, she suffered the effects of dream deprivation.37
Ensign Locklin56 A member of the Enterprise-D crew, Locklin was the last person to use the ship's transporter system before it was believed to have passed through a wormhole at the Ngame Nebula in 2367.56
Chief Engineer Logan57 Logan served aboard the Enterprise-D in 2364. An experienced officer, he felt that he should take command during the battle around the planet Minos instead of Lieutenant LaForge. LaForge declined since Captain Picard had left him command, but did place Logan in command of the saucer section.57
Ensign Lopez58 An officer aboard the Enterprise-D in 2369, Lopez worked in the security department.58
Leland T. Lynch59 An engineer aboard the Enterprise-D during 2364, Lynch was re-aligning the ship's dilithium crystals when Counsellor Troi's shuttle crashlanded on Vagra II. He finished the job by hand so that the ship could rush to her rescue.59
Sarah MacDougal60 MacDougal was one of the Chief Engineers of the Enterprise-D in 2364. She was present on the ship when most of the crew were infected with a variant of the PSI-2000 virus, though she was not herself affected.60
Ensign Mandel61 An officer aboard the Enterprise-D in 2368, Mandel was serving on the bridge when the ship hit a quantum filament. He survived the experience.61
Dr. Martin62 Dr. Martin was a crewmember on the Enterprise-D in 2368 when a group of Ullians travelled aboard the ship.62
Ensign McDowell2 A member of the Enterprise-D crew, McDowell was a tactical officer who served on the bridge. He was present in 2368 when the ship lent assistance to a damaged Romulan science vessel.14 In 2369 Commander Riker had planned to ask McDowell to use a Class V probe to scan Cardassian territory, but changed his mind when the shifts were rearranged by Captain Jellico.50
Ensign McKnight63 An Enterprise-D crewmember, Ensign McKnight was aboard the ship when it assisted in the defection of Vice Proconsul M'Ret in 2369.63
Ensign Mendon64 A Benzite, Mendon served aboard the Enterprise-D as part of the officer exchange program in 2365. He performed well despite some differences in protocol.64
Ensign Monroe61 An officer aboard the Enterprise-D in 2368, Monroe was serving on the bridge when the ship hit a quantum filament. She was killed when a console overloaded.61
Lieutenant Myers17 A member of the Enterprise-D crew in 2366, Myers was one of Geordi LaForge's engineering staff.17
Ensign Nagel15 A member of the Enterprise-D crew in 2365, Nagel served as part of Commander Riker's crew on board the USS Hathaway whilst it was involved with wargames with the Enterprise-D.15
Lieutenant Nara16 A member of the Enterprise-D crew, Nara served in one of the ship's nacelle control rooms alongside Lieutenant Kwan.16
Nurse Alyssa Ogawa2 A member of the medical team aboard the Enterprise-D, Alyssa was an Ensign until 2370, when she was promoted to Lieutenant.53 She was romantically attached to several men during her time aboard the ship, including Ensign Markson65 and Lieutenant Powell. Powell proposed to Ogawa53, and she became pregnant with his child. In 2370 she became a victim of Barclay's Protomorphosis Syndrome, but her foetus was protected by the amniotic fluid within her womb. Data was able to use this fact to create a cure for the condition.66 Ogawa was still serving aboard the Enterprise-D when it was lost.27 She survived the ordeal and like many crewmembers went on to serve aboard the Enterprise-E.23
Lieutenant Palmer67 A member of the Enterprise-D crew, Palmer was a transporter chief in 2369 when the ship visited Nervala IV.67
Ensign Pavlik68 A member of the Enterprise-D crew, Ensign Pavlik was aboard when the ship served as 'mother' to a newborn spacegoing life form after accidentally killing it's real mother.68
Ensign Peeples37 A member of the Enterprise-D crew, Peeples was on board the ship when it was caught in a Tychen's Rift in 2367. Like most of the crew, he suffered the effects of dream deprivation.37
Kell Perim22 A member of the Enterprise-E crew, Perim was on board in 2375 when the ship was involved with the Ba'ku crisis. She served as a bridge officer during the battle with two So'na battleships.22
Lieutenant Ben Prieto59 A member of the Enterprise-D crew, Lieutenant Prieto was the pilot of the shuttle which transported Counselor Troi to the ship in 2364. He was badly injured when the vessel crashlanded under the influence of Armus, but survived and was eventually recovered.59
Ensign Sariel Rager2 A member of the Enterprise-D crew, Rager was on board the ship when it was caught in a Tychen's Rift in 2367. Like most of the crew, she suffered the effects of dream deprivation.37 She was also aboard the ship when it acted as 'mother' to a spacegoing life form.68 In 2369 Rager was one of various Enterprise-D crewmembers to be kidnapped from the ship by an unknown alien species for some form of medical experimentation.69
Ramos70 A security officer aboard the NCC 1701-D in 2364, Ramos was guarding Captain Korris during his captivity aboard the ship in 2364. Korris killed Ramos during his escape.70
Lieutenant Sandra Rhodes71 A security officer aboard the Enterprise-D in 2370, Rhodes was assigned to protect Jason Vigo during his time aboard the ship.71
Richardson24 A member of the Enterprise-D crew, Richardson worked in sciences. In 2369 he was one of those who manned the deflector screen set up to protect the Bersallis outpost from the firestorms which threatened it. The storms were more severe than expected, and the field collapsed at Richardson's location. He and seven others were killed.24
Transporter Chief Robinson36 A Lieutenant aboard the Enterprise-D in 2365, Robinson was attracted to Okona and spent some time with him during his brief visit to the ship in that year.36
Transporter Technician Salazar10 A crewman who served on the Enterprise-D in 2370.10
Dr. Selar72 A member of the Enterprise-D medical staff in 2365, Dr. Selar was responsible for treating Dr. Graves. She was unable to help him, and Graves died shortly afterwards.72
Jim Shimoda60 Shimoda was the Assistant Chief Engineer of the Enterprise-D in 2364. Under the influence of the PSI-2000 virus he removed all of the control chips from a computer in the engine room, leaving the ship helpless when a nearby star exploded. Fortunately Data was able to replace the chips in time.60
Lieutenant Shipley73 A member of the Enterprise-D engineering crew, Shipley was aboard the ship in 2369 when members of the crew were abducted by aliens who lived within a subspace domain.73
Lieutenant Commander Singh74 Singh was an engineer aboard the Enterprise-D during 2364. He was killed when an energy entity was accidentally trapped aboard the ship.74
Sito Jaxa2 A Starfleet cadet and member of Nova Squadron, Sito was secretly using training flights to prepare to perform the Kolvoord Starburst formation at the Academy commencement ceremony in 2368. When one of the flights ended in the death of Cadet Albert, Sito conspired to cover up the truth at the inquiry. She remained in the Academy after Cadet Locarno took the blame for the conspiracy.75 After her graduation Captain Picard requested Sito be assigned to the Enterprise-D, fearful that the blemish on her record would mean that she did not receive a fair chance to continue her career. Whilst on board she was assigned to a covert mission in Cardassian space; she was killed in action during the mission.53
Lt. Orfil Solis57 Solis was an officer aboard the Enterprise-D in 2364. He performed well during the battle around the planet Minos despite lacking experience and self confidence.57
Ensign Daniel Sutter32 Father to Clarissa, Daniel was an Enterprise-D crewmember in 2368. He was concerned with his daughter's preoccupation with her imaginary friend Isabella, especially when an alien entity imitated Isabella whilst the Enterprise-D was investigating the FGC-47 nebula.32
Ensign Lian T'su57 Ensign Tsu was a helm officer aboard the Enterprise-D in 2364. She found herself at the helm during the fierce battle around the planet Minos, and although she was not experienced and lacked some self confidence she performed very well during the engagement.57
Ensign Taitt10 A member of the the Enterprise-D crew, Taitt served aboard the ship when it was briefly commanded by Dr. Crusher against a Borg transwarp vessel in 2370.10
Crewman Simon Tarses76 A crewman aboard the Enterprise-D, Tarses hid the fact that his grandfather was a Romulan when he entered Starfleet. Admiral Satie used this fact to brand him a traitor during her investigations on board the ship.76
Ensign Taurik53 A member of the Enterprise-D engineering department, Taurik was one of many Ensigns serving aboard the ship. He assisted Lieutenant Commander LaForge in damaging a shuttlecraft in order to enable it to undertake a covert mission in 2370.53
Nurse Temple77 A member of the Enterprise-D crew, Temple worked aboard the ship when it rescued the Zalkonian known as John Doe.77
Ensign Torigan78 A member of the Enterprise-D security department, Torigan was serving on the ship in 2369 when Worf took a brief leave to visit Boreth.78
Lieutenant Torres79 A member of the crew of the Enterprise-D in 2364, Torres was frozen by Q when he drew his phaser on the bridge. Sickbay was able to thaw him out successfully.79
Toya12 A member of the NCC 1701-D crew, Toya was distraught when her child was abducted from the ship in 2364 by the Aldeans.12
Ensign Tyler33 An engineer aboard the Enterprise-D in 2370, Tyler had something of a crush on LaForge. She assisted with the installation of a new warp core in this year.33
Whalen80 A member of the Enterprise-D crew in 2364, Whalen accompanied Picard and some of his officers on a trip to the holodeck in that year. He was badly injured when the deck malfunctioned, but survived.80
Ensign Williams81 A member of the crew of the Enterprise-D during 2365, Ensign Williams served on the bridge as tactical officer whilst it was investigating the loss of the USS Yamato and the location of the Iconian homeworld.81
Ensign Williams82 A member of the Enterprise-D crew in 2366, Ensign Willaims was a keen painter who shared a class with Captain Picard. His work was heavily influenced by geometric constructivism, according to Data.82
Lieutenant Wright82 A member of the Enterprise-D crew in 2366, Lieutenant Wright was a keen painter who shared a class with Captain Picard. Her work effectively fused the incongruities of the surrealists with the irrationality of Dadaism, according to Data.82
