Akritiri Prison
Akritiri Prison
Harry Kim and Tom Paris where emprisoned by the Akritiri on this station in 2373. The inmates were unaware that they were on a space station, believing instead that they were in an underground complex on the Akitiri home world.1
Specs
Devore sensor post
Devore sensor post
A Devore sensor post. These posts emitted a sensor pulse every 40 seconds, and had a range of ten light years. The pulse was designed to track warp fields and impulse signatures. A ship could slip past if its energy signature was low enough to be beneath the detection threshold.2

Alien Repair Station
Alien Repair Station
Visited by the NX-01 in 2152, this station was equipped with replicator and other advanced technology which enabled it to conduct extensive repairs on starships. The station was unmanned; it abducted personnel from the ships that visited it and used their brain as part of an advanced interlinked neural network to run the station.3

Helix
Helix
The Suliban Helix was hidden in a gas giant in the atmospheric layer below liquid phospherous. The captured Klingon Klang was taken here to be interrogated in 2151 and was subsiquently rescued by the crew of the NX class Enterprise. The station had a complement of over 30,000.4 The ship was taken to a different Helix in 2152 after being captured by the Suliban.5
Specs
Guardians Sphere
Guardians Sphere
These objects were built by a mysterious extra-dimensional race known to the Xindi as the Guardians.6 There were a network of 78 such spheres.7 Approximately 19 kilometres in diameter, their exterior shell was constructed of a single alloy. Sensors had difficulty in piercing the shell. Each sphere was powered by seven fusion reactors, each one almost 12 kilometres in length. The spheres were contained within a cloaking barrier.8 Thet emitted massive amounts of gravimetric energy, gradually creating a vast anomaly as part of the Guardians ambitious attempt to 'reconfigure' our space, gradually altering the physical laws so that the Guardians could survive in our universe.9

Amargosa Observatory
Amargosa Observatory
A Federation outpost which was studying the Amargosa star in 2371. Dr. Soren used the station as a base for his attempts to destroy the star so as to alter the course of the Nexus and bring it close to the Veridian system. The Observatory was attacked by a Romulan ship looking for trilithium which Soren had stolen from them; the Enterprise-D responded and rescued Soren. The Observatory was destroyed by a level 12 shockwave produced when Soren destroyed the star.10

Cold Station 12
Cold Station 12
Secret Earth Starfleet medical research facility used to store various infectious diseases and genetically engineered embryos left over from the Eugenics wars. Around 2133 Arik Soong stole many of the embryos from the station.12
Specs
Tholian Asteroid Base
Tholian Asteroid Base
A base maintained by the Mirror universe Tholians during the mid 22nd century. The captured USS Defiant from our own universe was taken to this base for study and eventual dissasembly.13 After the Mirror Archer captured the ship he used it to destroy the base.14

Tango Sierra Science Station
Orbital research facility used in an attempt to cure an outbreak of the deadly Plasma Plague.15
Specs
Tauga Station
Tauga Station
Station which housed Dr. Apgar's research into Krieger Wave energy. The station was destroyed in 2366 as a result of Apgar's efforts to murder Commander Riker.16

Suspiria's Array
Suspiria's Array
This station was created by the Nacene, Suspiria, to house herself and a group of Ocampa she took from their home world. Voyager encountered it in 2372, at which point some 2,000 Ocampa were living there.17

Caretaker's Array
Caretaker's Array
This large Nacene station was responsible for dragging Voyager across the galaxy in 2371. It was equipped with tetryon-based technology for this purpose, and contained experimental medical facilities and holographic imaging chambers.18 The station had been supplying power to the nearby Ocampa planet for centuries after the Nacene caused an environmental catasrophe on that world. Voyager's crew managed to contact the owner of the array, but he was too old and weak to return them to the Alpha Quadrant. The station was destroyed by Voyager to prevent its advanced technology from falling into Kazon hands.19

Behrat's Station
Behrat's Station
This station was located on the edge of the Necrit expanse. It was a trading post run by Bahrat which Voyager visited in 2373.23
Specs
8472 Training Facility
8472 Training Facility
Voyager encountered this facility in the Delta Quadrant in 2375. The large station contained a replica of Starfleet Academy which the species was using to train agents to infiltrate the real Starfleet as a prelude to an invasion. Captain Janeway was able to negotiate a peace settlement with the station leaders.24

Hirogen Station
Hirogen Station
The Hirogen created a large holodeck facility within this station which they used for hunting various prey. The 44 Hirogen aboard were killed in 2377 when the prey managed to outwit the Hirogen hunting them.25
Specs
Hirogen Communications Relay
Hirogen Communications Relay
The Hirogen maintained a vast network of these stations which spread across a large part of the galaxy. In 2374 Voyager was able to use the network to transmit the EMH's program to the USS Prometheus in the Alpha Quadrant.26 Starfleet subsequently used the network to send a transmission to Voyager, much of which consisted of personal letters to the crew. The stations produced an intense gravimetric field out to a distance of at least two light years, a result of the black hole which acted as their power source. Radiometric decay indicated that the network was at least one hundred thousand years old. As part of their efforts to disable a Hirogen ship Voyager weakened the containment field around one of the relay's black holes. The station was destroyed, creating a power surge which disabled the entire network.27
