So Is Janeway mission critical or can she have an "accident"?

Its pretty open ended. We can take over the ship if we want or we can work with the Trek characters.

It'll have to be something pretty convincing to get these guys to work together. Most of them are xenocidal fanatics that should hate each other.

Probably. Or just snap his fingers and have us all instantly convinced.

A more interesting question is going to arise once we start deciding just what methods to use. On one hand, we have a group of brutal, ruthless xenocidal people who're more than willing to do anything necessary, and damn the cost. On the other hand, we have several characters more or less human in outlook.
