I'm actually a little surprised that it took this long for Master Chief to show up.

Anyway, I can't speak for the others, but personally - I'm going to try to tone down the universe-specific WH40k stuff. I mean, my char will still talk in the terms that he knows, but I initially was trying to get some in-jokes up (like mistaking the Predator for a genestealer hybrid.) As far as "keeping up," my char is certainly a bad-ass in a fight, more so than a typical Space Marine even - but there's a terrible downside to it also, which you will all probably see when we get planetside.

Weak link? Not really - in fact, it turns him into an incredible warrior. You just don't wan to be the guy who pats him on the back while he's working.

There.......my first character has appeared and he's COMPLETELY clueless. Would SOMEBODY like to help him figure out what the hell is going on?

Weird guy from a strange place... By now I'm sure the crew knows to move him to the main shuttle bay where we (most of us anyways) are at. We can fill him in on the details once he starts asking questions of the characters.

Kylar Stern isn't so good. He's a "wetboy". Wetboys are to assassins what Sith Lords are to Stormtroopers. His appearance may be a little more, interesting.

He's about to walk into a room with walking robots, 7-8 foot tall humans and a talking tank. I'm sure he'll fit in just fine.
