It could be, but something that can destroy a borg cube in a single blast must have a hole heap of firepower on a quantum torpedo, meaning its gonna be just as godly to a dominion battleship.

Hmm yeah I can see that. Trek's technology seems to be on the verge of a major breakthrough. Maybe a new member race supplies it.. good RP potential.
