I'd imagine there would be a variety of food to cater for Vulcan/Andorian/Tellerite taste. So lots of Salad leaves please!

That's good; my signature dish is stuffed chicken breast with wild rice and truffles. Alternatively, I make a mean corned beef and cabbage.
