Sorry, I thought you said 45m. That makes my analysis even more credible.

GK - I suppose that's feasible, although such a planet would almost have to be a product of terraforming to exist so perfectly; it seems to be shaping an environment to fit the animals, rather than the other way around.

BTW - I'd expect the African analysis to yield an even lower result for supportable dragon population compared to elephants; a flying animal would quite probably require higher caloric intake than an earth-bound animal of equivalent size.

Maybe the dragons' metabolism is a bit different from what we know on Earth. Maybe their bodies can also harness the sun's energy.

Anyway, this is science fiction. At some point, one has to suspend disbelief. But, a flying creature over 37m begins to get more on the ridiculous side.

Maybe they use lighter-than-air flight. Maybe they have innate mag-lev properties. As you say, it is science fiction.

Or maybe they genetically engineered them selves...

Just because of the reference here, I went and read back over the Whale thread. Man, that's some funny stuff right there.

I wanted to get involved in that debate but unfortunatly I disliked debating with Blackstar to much to bother with it.
What does defeat mean to you?

Nothing it will never come. Death before defeat. I don’t bend or break. I end, if I meet a foe capable of it. Victory is in forcing the opponent to back down. I do not. There is no defeat.

You should have gotten in anyway. A full Mod pile-on would have been fun. :)

 Yeah right!
Even after he'd been banned and pissed off even the people who initialy supported him, he tried getting back on twice.
