Seems fine. Though may I suggest you refer to actions in the past tense? It's just that it may cause some confusion if some of us are posting in one tense, and others in another tense.

If I understand correctly he won't post again at least until someone else does due to the "no posting until two people have gone rule".

So the best way to get Blackstar there is to make a post of your own about what your character is doing.

Actually I kinda like that rule. It encourages people to be proactive with their posting even if they're waiting on something.
