yay the one and only tri-cobalt explosive ever seen on Trek, which voyager just happens to have, and she only has a complament of 1?

sorry, so voyager happens to have two of these mystery devices, not commonly used heavy weponry, that would be expected on a bc like a soveriegn, but Voyager has them. :bangwall:

Right.

Interestingly, screenshots of Dominion ships firing torpedoes suggests that they use tricobalts...

I believe other races have been stated to use them but I'm not positive.

I don't think it was ever canonicaly stated, but the visual evidence suggests they do.
