The attackers, searching for a target with a misspelled house number, mistook Andrew's family for their intended victim.

Tragedy unfolded as the gangsters unleashed brutality upon Andrew and his family. His wife and young daughter fell victim to the assailants, leaving his hidden son as the lone survivor. Andrew, left for dead after a relentless beating, slipped into a coma, his body battered and broken.

However, his journey was far from over. As Andrew lay unconscious, the severe blows to his head triggered an extraordinary transformation. His brain, affected by the trauma, awakened dormant abilities that surpassed the limits of human potential. Emerging from the coma, Andrew discovered that he was reborn with superhuman senses and physical prowess.

2. Sense of smell is so great that he can smell a person's perfume from 5 km away

4. His touch is such that it has given him the ability to dodge extremely fast blows & attacks. He can also see in super slow motion & have the ability to predict what will happen around him.

The origin of your abilities

He gained his abilities after being brutally beaten by bats. His attackers were gangsters who went to the wrong house & entered his.

The gangsters thought that he was the person they had to eradicate, so they entered his house, killed his wife & little daughter with a Winchester, leaving his hidden son.

They then brutally beat him on the head & his entire body.

He was left in a coma, but he recovered very quickly.

That was because the blows to his head activated the maximum capacity of his brain.

The blows to his skull affected his brain, which caused all his senses & physical abilities to improve.

You could say he uses a Winchester because it's the gun they killed his family with.

I think it would be great if he killed the gangsters who murdered his family & kept the weapon that ended his happiness to be a justice.

Answered questions:
Simple, he came out of the coma easily thanks to the super capacity that his brain obtained. His brain was affected by the blows & that caused him to awaken his true abilities From her body.

Heals more easily, his body no longer has limits.

Can exercise 100% or more of all bodily abilities

Hence he could wake up from a coma without so many injuries.

You will get the suit when you become a recognized hero. Stark will give it to him as a kind of recognition.

I consider the act of the gangsters against him. It's simple, the gangsters had the wrong house & family.

They attacked the wrong family, because the house number they had was misspelled.

To make everything more dramatic, we can pretend that the house number that the gangsters had had been altered by another mafia.

For example, I think it would be great if the protagonist found out something very dark when he is investigating the mafia that ruined his life.

Update:

I was discussing some ideas with my cousin, and he suggested the same thing about Colt being a street type level superhero, but he also suggested having psychokinetic abilities like a character named Lucy, from the 2014 movie of the same name.
