Okay, so Sisko wants to find a way to keep all the Jem'Hadar alive. Well, why not just stun them all in the battle instead of killing them? Leave the Ketracel White that his own ship was stocked up with so that they have a new supply when they wake up. Let Starfleet know where to go to pick them up once you are away. End of problem.
Body Count :
Ten Jem'Hadar and at least one Defiant crewman are killed.
Factoid :
Paul S. Eckstein is no stranger to Trek - In Voyager he played Morak in "Prophecy", a Hirogen in "Flesh and Blood" Part 1 and 2 and "The Killing Game" Part 1 and 2, and Supervisor Yost in "Gravity". In Deep Space Nine he played a Jem'Hadar officer in "The Dogs of War".

Plotline

Crashed on a deserted planet, Sisko and crew find themselves facing the remnants of a Jem'Hadar group under the command of the wounded Vorta Keevan. Keevan is prepared to sell out the Dominion to ensure his own survival, but first he wants Sisko to dispose of the Jem'Hadar for him - will the Captain participate in a slaughter?
